Returns Policy
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the Company's online store through the internet at the website www.triplexshop.gr.
Replacement of defective products:
We accept returns and replacement of proven defective products within 14 days from the date of receipt at the address: "32 Konstantinou Karamanli, PC 54639, Thessaloniki". For any return you must first contact us at 2310 841740. The replacement of a defective product is always done with the same product and the return and replacement costs are free.
Attention:
1. Please make sure that the product to be replaced is indeed defective, as in case it is found to be functional during the inspection it will be returned to you at your own shipping costs.
2. Additionally, returns for products such as dildos, vibrators, lingerie, or other related items are not accepted if the packaging has been opened or the products have been tested, for hygiene reasons.
Transportation of returned products:
Returns of products due to refusal of receipt or due to expiration of their stay in the courier center and in case they have been prepaid with a credit / debit card, when refunding you will be charged the refund costs to us.
Additional Terms:
A) We as a company do not provide any warranty for our products other than the warranty may be provided by to some of them from the manufacturer.
B) We do not provide product service as a company. We do not have spare parts other than those provided by some manufacturers
C) We do not accept changes of underwear or clothes with violated packaging and / or used. We not accept changes for every product that might have been used for hygiene reasons.
D) In case of proven defective product the shipping costs are borne by us.
E) In case the product to be returned
- does not prove to be defective
- found to have been used
- its packaging has been damaged
is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by him.
F) Defective products are not exchanged for different products or amount of money.
