Terms Of Use
The Triplex Store Company (GEMI: 041057906000, VAT: 054415500, Tax Office: D Thessaloniki) is based in Thessaloniki, and the following terms of use apply to its website:
- All product prices include VAT at 24%.
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless they fall under special terms for free shipping. Currently, free shipping applies to purchases over €30.00 across Greece if payment is made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
- Payment for products can be made using the following methods:
- Cash on delivery (pay in cash upon delivery at your location).
- Credit/debit card payment via the Viva Wallet system.
- Bank transfer.
- In-store payment by cash or credit/debit card.
- The company offers a guarantee for returns and replacements of defective products within 14 days from the date of receipt at no additional charge. Returns are not permitted for items such as vibrators, dildos, lingerie, or other related items that have been opened or tested for hygiene reasons.
- The company is not responsible for the loss of components or other items from the packaging. All product images and descriptions are provided by official suppliers. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can contact us to replace it immediately or proceed with a refund if no replacement is available.
- All offers are valid for a specific time period determined by the company, which reserves the right to withdraw any offer without prior notice.
- The company is obligated to notify its customers within 30 days about purchased products that are not available in stock, using phone, email, or fax where applicable.
- Products will be delivered within five working days at the latest, depending on the area or city.
- The company name and all its details can be found on the "About Us" page, where you can find information such as phone numbers, addresses, etc.
- All our products are approved by the European Union.
- Our online services, as well as all methods of product sales and website operating rules, are governed by the laws of the Greek State, to which we are accountable.
- No personal customer information is shared with other organizations or third-party companies. All data is strictly personal and confidential. Customer information is retained in our records and used exclusively by authorized company personnel for order processing and shipping purposes.
